CHRISTMAS BREAK/DELIVERY INFORMATION

As another year comes to a close, it’s important to finish on a good note.

If you are wanting to ensure your orders are received before Christmas, the dates below are important.

For International shipping (outside Australia) please place your order by Friday 1st of December.

For Domestic shipping (within Australia) please place your order by Friday 8th of December

Also, our office and production facility will be closed for the following dates. We will however despatch orders during this time.

Closed from Thursday the 21st December and will re-open again on Monday the 8th January.

SHIPPING DISPATCH & PROCESSING

Processing: We process and despatch orders from our Australian warehouse Monday through Thursday, in the order in which they are received.

Our orders are usually despatched within 24-48 hours, and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) by either Australia Post or Aramex Australia.

For International Customers:- From the time you place your order online, most orders will be delivered within *10 - 21 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier company.

Upon despatching your order, we will provide you with tracking details via email.

Note: We are unable to ship to an international PO BOX address, our international carriers do not have this available, we apologise for any inconvenience.

*Expected Delivery delays. - Deliveries times have been substantially impacted globally. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control, such as customs delays, festive season postal disruptions, & COVID-19 restrictions.

ORDER TRACKING

If you have an account with us, you can log into your account and track your order. If you don't have an account or checked out as a guest, the Consignment ID number can track your order via the Australia Post website or the Aramex Australia website, depending on which company delivers your order.
