Delivery Policy
SHIPPING DISPATCH & PROCESSING
Processing: We process and despatch orders from our warehouse located in Australia.
We typically dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Fridays, unless these days fall on a public holiday.
On occasion, there may be delays that prevent us from shipping on those days. In such cases, we will make every effort to dispatch your order on the next business day.
Upon despatching your order, we will provide you with tracking details via email.
Note: We are unable to ship to an international PO BOX address, our international carriers do not have this available, we apologise for any inconvenience.
*Expected Delivery delays. - Deliveries times have been substantially impacted globally. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control, such as customs delays, festive season postal disruptions, & COVID-19 restrictions.

ORDER TRACKING
If you have an account with us, you can log into your account and track your order. If you don't have an account or checked out as a guest, the Consignment ID number can track your order via the Australia Post website or the Aramex Australia website, depending on which company delivers your order.
